Description

Bright Penny is looking for dishwashers for our brewery! Applicants should be dependable, have reliable transportation, maintain a positive attitude and have a solid work ethic. No experience required. Successful candidates are positive, self motivated and ready for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Completing opening, closing and side work assignments
  • Operate low temperature commercial dish washer according to proper procedure
  • Washing pots, pans and utensils in a 3-bay sink according to proper procedure
  • Following proper sanitation practices at all times
  • Providing assistance to prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed, especially at peak times
  • Rotating dishes to avoid overuse or excessive wear and tear
  • Properly disposing of trash and recycling
  • Clean dish storage, trash receptacles and any other cleaning required cleaning assignments
  • Complete temperature logs for commercial dishwasher, 3-bay sink, etc.
  • Any assignments requested by the supervisors
